This firm seeks a professional to join them. The role of Tax Assistant Manager within this firm encompasses a variety of responsibilities, primarily focused on the review and preparation of Corporation Tax Returns and Computations for their clients.
The role includes handling tax-related inquiries on behalf of clients and engaging with HM Revenue & Customs as well as other relevant third parties as required. Regular communication with clients is essential to address any questions that may arise during the preparation of annual Tax Returns and in managing their ongoing tax affairs. This position also involves assisting the Partners and Directors in providing tax planning advice and managing a portfolio of clients to ensure that all Corporate Tax Returns and Computations are prepared and submitted within the stipulated deadlines.
Key duties include advising clients on their tax liabilities and payment deadlines, managing work-in-progress (WIP) on client portfolios to ensure timely billing, and maintaining effective time management to achieve optimal recovery rates. Additionally, the role involves meeting with prospective clients to discuss their tax-related matters and supporting the Partners and Directors in developing the Corporate Tax marketing strategy.

Candidates should hold ACA/CTA qualifications or their equivalent and exhibit self-motivation, a positive work ethic, and the ability to build strong relationships both externally and within the firm.
