The role demands a professional with proven expertise in delivering technically sound and commercially focused advice. The successful applicant will provide critical guidance to junior staff members and excel in cultivating trusted relationships with a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals and trusts. Their responsibilities will encompass offering expert tax advice on various matters, including income tax, capital gains tax, and inheritance tax.

The position entails overseeing all compliance-related issues for assigned clients and identifying opportunities to enhance client relationships and services. Additionally, the role involves supporting partners and senior managers with advisory work for high-net-worth individuals and trusts, as well as mentoring junior team members.

The ideal candidate will possess outstanding commercial acumen and a commitment to team and business development. ATT qualification is preferred, with progression towards CTA. Comprehensive knowledge of UK tax laws and regulations pertaining to high-net-worth individuals and trusts is essential. Strong communication skills, the ability to forge robust client and colleague relationships, and excellent organisational and time management abilities are crucial for success in this role.
