About the Role
Opportunity in a Leading International firm.
This firm seeks a Global Mobility Assistant Manager to join them. The primary function of this role is to support the Global Mobility team in managing international assignments and relocations.
Responsibilities include coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions, providing guidance on immigration and tax compliance, and developing mobility policies. The role also involves handling complex cases and delivering exceptional service to both internal and external clients.
KEY DUTIES:
- Coordinating international assignments and relocations, ensuring compliance with immigration and tax regulations
- Developing and implementing global mobility policies and procedures
- Providing expert advice and support to employees and stakeholders on mobility-related matters
- Managing relationships with external vendors and service providers
- Handling complex mobility cases and resolving issues efficiently
- Conducting regular reviews and audits of mobility processes to ensure continuous improvement
QUALIFICATIONS FOR THIS ROLE:
- Proven experience in global mobility or a related field
- Strong knowledge of immigration, tax compliance, and international assignment management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in using global mobility software and tools
