About the Role
Opportunity in a Leading International firm.
This firm seeks an Employment Taxes Assistant Manager to join them. The main function of this role is to provide comprehensive employment tax support to the firm's clients and internal teams.
The responsibilities include advising on employment tax compliance, managing payroll tax audits, and developing tax-efficient remuneration strategies. The role also involves conducting internal quality control reviews and assisting with client advisory projects as required.
KEY DUTIES:
- Providing expert advice on employment tax matters to clients and internal teams
- Managing and conducting payroll tax audits and compliance reviews
- Developing and implementing tax-efficient remuneration strategies
- Conducting internal quality control reviews to ensure compliance with tax regulations
- Assisting with client advisory projects and offering tailored tax solutions
- Keeping abreast of changes in tax legislation and ensuring clients are informed and compliant
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience in employment tax advisory and compliance
- Strong understanding of UK tax legislation and regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Professional qualification in tax or accounting (e.g., CTA, ACA, ACCA)
