Opporunity in a Leading firm.

This firm seeks an Assistant Corporate Tax Manager to join them. The main function of this role is to support the Corporate Tax Manager in providing comprehensive tax services to a diverse portfolio of clients. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing corporate tax returns, advising on tax planning strategies, and ensuring compliance with current tax legislation. This role also involves liaising with HMRC on behalf of clients and assisting in tax audits and investigations. The successful candidate will work closely with other departments to provide integrated tax solutions and contribute to the firm's growth.

KEY DUTIES:
- Preparing and reviewing corporate tax returns for a variety of clients
- Advising clients on tax planning strategies to optimise their tax position
- Ensuring compliance with current tax legislation and regulations
- Liaising with HMRC on behalf of clients, handling queries and disputes
- Assisting in tax audits and investigations, providing necessary documentation and support
- Collaborating with other departments to deliver comprehensive tax solutions

QUALIFICATIONS:
- ACA/ACCA/CTA qualification or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of UK corporate tax legislation and regulations
- Proven experience in a similar role within an accountancy firm
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build client relationships
