This firm seeks a dedicated Tax Specialist to join its esteemed Personal Tax team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a diverse portfolio of personal tax clients, ensuring strict adherence to HM Revenue & Customs regulations and internal deadlines.

Key duties encompass the preparation and processing of tax returns and P11Ds, offering expert advice on tax liabilities and payment schedules, and addressing client inquiries with precision and professionalism. The role involves managing client relationships through various communication channels, including correspondence, telephone calls, and in-person meetings.

The Tax Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting the broader tax team, assisting partners and colleagues with technical queries, mentoring junior staff members, and contributing to the preparation of specialised reports on income tax, capital gains tax, and inheritance tax matters. Additionally, the position requires adept handling of HMRC communications and inquiries.

The ideal candidate possesses,m experience within a private client tax team, ATT qualified and a a strong foundation in personal tax laws, demonstrates exceptional attention to detail, and exhibits superior communication skills. The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment is essential.
