This firm is seeking an Expatriate Tax Advisor to join its team, where you will collaborate closely with the team to deliver exceptional client service, leveraging your strong tax technical expertise. This position offers a unique opportunity to develop client relationships and manage services that extend beyond tax compliance and advisory functions.

As part of the team, you will operate within a multidisciplinary environment, engaging with specialists in personal tax, employment tax, immigration, reward, and assignment services. Your responsibilities will include advising clients on international assignments, short-term business travel, and cross-border remote work programs.

Candidate Profile:

  • Experienced Expatriate Tax practitioner with strong technical skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication abilities.
  • Strategic and commercially aware, with broad business insight.
  • Enthusiastic, flexible, and capable of working under pressure.
  • Team-oriented with effective project management skills.
  • Experience in Mobility or Mobility compliance, dealing with tax compliance and advisory projects.
  • Ability to identify risks and escalate when necessary.
  • Client-focused with strong relationship management skills.
  • Creative and pragmatic problem solver.
  • Qualified (ATT/ACA/CA/ACCA/CTA/Law or equivalent).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain client relationships, ensuring high service levels.
  • Support business development by managing existing clients and contributing to new client acquisition.
  • Manage the delivery of mobility projects with tax technical excellence.
  • Update clients on legislative changes and their impact.
  • Mentor junior staff, contributing to their development.
  • Shape the practice's future, leveraging technology and regulatory advancements.
  • Maximise value for both the firm and its clients while managing risks effectively.
